How to Get Glowing Skin | A Daily Regime

Here are some useful Beauty Tips for the Glowing Skin. To have a beautiful Glowing Skin is not about going to parlor and spending huge money. It’s about how you take care of yourself because you’re worth it!

So here are few tips that will enhance the glow on your face on a daily basis.

What we eat what we get! Your focus after 30 should be on the food that is rich in Omega-3-fatty acids.

To shorten, you must include any of these in your diet on a daily basis- Flaxseed, Walnut, Salmon, Cloves, Soybeans, Tofu, Tuna, Cod, Raspberries, Spinach, Mustard Seeds, Lettuce, Strawberries, Sprouts, Green Beans and Turnip Greens.

Feed your Skin with Water

This is something that needs no efforts. All you need to do is to keep an alarm for every hour water intake. One full glass of water every hour not only keeps skin hydrated but also keeps you Sheen like a teen.


Exercise- just 10 minutes a day

We women have so much to do and taking time from our daily routine seems like a task to us. But trust me if you dedicate Just ten minutes daily to take care of your body you will gain confidence and strength too for yourself. Exercise helps you promote better blood circulation and ultimately resulting in a Shining and glowing skin.


Get Glowing by applying the Beauty Regime

When I say a regime I mean CTM- Cleansing Toning and Moisturising.

Cleansing– Your skin needs cleansing on a daily basis whether you are a home maker or a working woman. Just apply an ample amount of cleansing milk on your face and neck. Massage for 30 seconds with upward movements and then remove the dirt by soft cotton wool.

Toning- Toning is an essential step after applying cleanser to your face. Post cleansing our skin losses the pH balance so a good quality toner helps you to restore your skin’s pH balance. Not only this toning helps in shrinking the skin pores and revitalizes the skin. Use a good quality toner I prefer Spray bottle, take cotton wool spray on it and apply all over the face.

Moisturising- After toning your skin needs nourishment. I use quality moisturizer to retain the suppleness of my skin. Prefer moisturizers that have SPF 30 in it. Don’t forget to apply moisturizer on your neck and around eyes and lips area. Take small amount of moisturizer, massage for 1 minute and leave. If you have oily skin damp your face with some clean cloth or cotton after massage so that excess oil is removed.
